<p>Our basic policy is to work toward stable dividend implementation by comprehensively considering business performance and management environment, while pursuing long-term corporate value expansion and strengthening our financial position. To further enhance shareholder returns, we have adopted DOE (Dividend on Equity), a metric less susceptible to single-year performance fluctuations, with a medium-term target of 2% DOE. We distribute dividends twice annually as a standard practice, consisting of interim and year-end dividends.</p>
