Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to determine dividend distributions by considering our business performance and financial condition, while taking into account the need to build up internal reserves for future growth. Going forward, we aim to achieve an ROE target of 5% or higher and improve it progressively. For approximately the next three years, we plan to implement either progressive dividends or stable dividends. Our articles of incorporation provide for the possibility of interim dividends.</p>
