<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company intends to actively implement dividends as a way to return profits to shareholders who hold the Company's shares over the long term.
The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.
Based on the provisions of Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation stipulate that "the Board of Directors may resolve to pay dividends from surplus, among other actions."
Regarding dividend payments for the current fiscal year, the Company believes that prioritizing the strengthening of its financial position is the appropriate management decision. Therefore, the Company plans to pay no dividend until sufficient internal reserves are secured.

As a basic policy, we actively return profits to long-term shareholders through dividends, paying interim and year-end dividends twice annually. We prioritize strengthening our financial position and maintain a no-dividend policy until we have secured sufficient retained earnings.
