Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment, and no dividends have been paid in the current fiscal year. However, the Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Going forward, the Company intends to consider paying dividends from retained earnings while taking into account business performance, financial condition, and the status of business foundation development. When dividends are paid, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that such payments may be made by board of directors resolution in accordance with the Companies Act Article 454. The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim dividends (with a record date of September 30 each year) and year-end dividends. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time. The Company intends to use retained earnings effectively for investments to strengthen profitability and develop its business foundation, as well as for hiring personnel to support future growth.</span></p>

<p>The company is currently in a growth phase and prioritizes strengthening its financial position and establishing its business foundation by retaining earnings internally. Since its establishment, the company has not paid dividends. In the future, the company will consider implementing dividends based on its operating results and financial condition. If dividends are implemented, the basic policy will be to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p>
