<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company considers returning profits to shareholders an important management priority and has adopted a basic policy of paying dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with a record date of September 30 each year.However, regarding dividends for the fiscal year ending March 2025, in light of current business performance, the Company will not pay dividends in order to strengthen its financial position and secure retained earnings. We sincerely regret this decision.
