<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
(1) Dividend Policy
　Our basic policy regarding profit distribution balances shareholder returns with the internal reserves necessary for future stable earnings and financial strengthening. We allocate profits appropriately by comprehensively considering our business performance and financial condition.
　We recognize that implementing continuous and long-term stable dividends to shareholders is an important objective, in accordance with the above policy.
 
(2) Dividend System
　Our Articles of Incorporation establish a dividend system with two distributions per fiscal year: year-end dividends and interim dividends.
① Year-end Dividend
　The year-end dividend is resolved at the shareholders' meeting with a record date of March 31 each year.
② Interim Dividend
　The interim dividend is resolved by the Board of Directors with a record date of September 30 each year.
(3) Surplus Dividend for the Current Fiscal Year
　Not applicable.

Regarding profit distribution, our basic policy is to appropriately allocate earnings between shareholder returns and retained earnings for future stable revenue growth and strengthening our financial position, taking into account overall business performance and financial conditions. We recognize the importance of implementing continuous and long-term stable dividends as part of shareholder returns. Dividends are paid twice annually—at the fiscal year-end and mid-year.
