<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company views returning profits to shareholders alongside maintaining a sound financial position and strengthening competitiveness as important management priorities. We currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase and believe that building up internal reserves and investing in business expansion and operational efficiency will deliver the greatest returns to shareholders.
Based on this approach, we have not paid dividends since our founding and intend to continue building internal reserves for the foreseeable future. We will consider returning profits to shareholders in the future by taking into account business performance in each fiscal year. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
We intend to use internal reserves effectively as funding for future business expansion, taking into account our financial position.
The Company has set March 31 as the record date for year-end dividends and September 30 as the record date for interim dividends. The shareholders' meeting determines year-end dividends, while the board of directors determines interim dividends. The Company's articles of incorporation provide for the ability to pay interim dividends.

Since the company is currently in a growth phase, it is focusing on building up retained earnings and plans to pay no dividends for the time being. The company states it will consider returning profits to shareholders in the future while taking business performance into account, though the possibility and timing of dividend payments remain undetermined. The company intends to effectively utilize retained earnings as funding for business expansion.
