Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to continue stable dividends while strengthening our financial position and building internal reserves. We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% or higher over the medium to long term. While our standard practice is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, we also plan to implement semi-annual dividends to provide more opportunities for profit distribution. We will actively use internal reserves for property acquisitions in our buy-and-resell and real estate development businesses, as well as for investments in human resources and systems.</p>
