Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to provide continuous and stable dividends. Under our Third Medium-Term Management Plan, we aim to maintain a Dividend on Equity (DOE) of 2.5% or higher. As a fundamental approach, we currently plan to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. Retained earnings are allocated to inventory funding for used homes and other properties, as well as renovation costs in our real estate trading business, with the goal of maximizing shareholder value.</p>
