<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders in line with business performance, targeting a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. We make comprehensive decisions taking into account the need to build internal reserves for future business development and strengthen our financial position. While we distribute dividends once a year as a year-end dividend as a general rule, we also have the flexibility to pay interim dividends.</p>
