<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:13.5pt;">Our Group recognizes the continuous and stable return of dividends to shareholders as an important management priority. However, given recent business performance, we believe that strengthening our internal reserves is the top priority. We are allocating resources to reinforce our management foundation and invest in expanding our current business areas, as we believe this approach to enhancing corporate value will ultimately maximize shareholder value.</p>

The interim dividend is approved by the Board of Directors, while the year-end dividend is approved by the General Shareholders' Meeting.</p>

We will consider each fiscal year's operating results and financial condition while balancing internal reserves, with the goal of resuming dividends as soon as possible. However, the timing of resumption has not been determined at this time.</p>

However, our current focus is on building up retained earnings as the top priority, which we will allocate to strengthening our management foundation and investing in business expansion. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year. Going forward, we will consider dividend payments while balancing retained earnings based on each fiscal year's performance and financial condition.</p>
