<p>We recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we are currently in a growth and expansion phase, so we are prioritizing the strengthening of our financial position and investment in business expansion by building up retained earnings. While we have not yet decided on dividend implementation, we plan to consider the timing of dividend initiation at key milestones in our business performance. Should we implement dividends, our basic policy will be to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.</p>
