<p>Our basic policy is to prioritize returning profits to shareholders while maintaining stable and consistent dividends, taking into account earnings forecasts and financial conditions. Dividends are paid once annually as a year-end dividend, or twice annually including an interim dividend. We plan to use retained earnings for securing talented personnel, investing in our own product development, and pursuing partnerships with leading companies.</p>
