Management Policy
Shinei is advancing its three-year medium-term management plan "Shinei Challenge Project 2026" covering 2025 through 2027. The plan targets consolidated ordinary profit of 2.5 billion yen or more and ROE of 12% or above by 2031. To achieve this, the company has set key performance indicators including ordinary profit, equity ratio, ROE, dividend payout ratio, interest-bearing debt balance, and PER, with a focus on strengthening financial position and improving profitability.
Shinei pursues growth across four business segments: food-related, materials-related, electronics-related, and business development-related. In the food-related segment, the company is strengthening supply chain operations and advancing product development centered on domestic frozen food business.
