<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We will determine our profit distribution strategy by taking into account our financial position, operating results, and cash flow situation. However, we currently consider ourselves to be in a growth phase. We believe that strengthening our internal reserves and allocating funds to business efficiency improvements and expansion investments will ultimately deliver the greatest returns to our shareholders.
When distributing surplus earnings, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making authority for dividend payments rests with the shareholders' meeting.
　The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be approved by board of directors resolution.
　The Company is subject to consolidated dividend restrictions.
