<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while implementing stable dividend payments from surplus earnings.
However, as the Company is still in a growth phase, we prioritize building up internal reserves. We believe that expanding our business scale and improving profitability to maximize corporate value represents more appropriate shareholder returns. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding.
Going forward, we will consider dividend implementation by comprehensively taking into account each fiscal year's business results, financial condition, and business and investment plans, while balancing with internal reserves. However, the timing of implementation remains undetermined.
We will effectively utilize retained earnings as investment capital to strengthen our financial position for long-term stability of our management foundation and to realize continuous business expansion and development.
When implementing dividend payments, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. However, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid. The decision-making authority for dividend payments is the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Shareholders' Meeting for year-end dividends.

Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable dividends. However, as we are in a growth phase, we prioritize retaining earnings and have maintained a no-dividend policy since our founding. In the future, we will consider implementing dividends while balancing retained earnings with business performance, though the timing remains undecided. Should we implement dividends, we plan to distribute them once per year as a general rule.
