<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities.The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body for dividend payments. The Articles of Incorporation also provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of June 30 each year. Additionally, the Articles of Incorporation permit the Company to pay dividends with other designated record dates.However, the Company is currently in a growth and expansion phase. The Company believes that strengthening its financial position through building internal reserves and ensuring stable and continuous business development will maximize shareholder value.The Company's policy is to allocate retained earnings to research and development for further growth, working capital for business expansion, and investments in organizational development including talent recruitment and training.Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding. While the basic policy is to continue retaining earnings without paying dividends in the foreseeable future, the Company will continue to review its dividend policy in light of its financial condition, operating results, and future business plans.
