<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company's dividend policy is based on appropriate dividends proportional to earnings, with returning profits to shareholders as our highest priority. Dividends will be implemented while strengthening our financial position and management foundation, taking into account future business developments.The Company's basic policy is to pay surplus dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is determined by the shareholders' meeting. The Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.Regarding the year-end dividend for the current fiscal year, while we recorded net income attributable to parent company shareholders of 16,543 thousand yen, we have decided not to pay a dividend in order to strengthen our revenue base, stabilize operations, and increase retained earnings. Going forward, we are committed to improving operational efficiency, pursuing continuous business expansion, and strengthening our financial position and management foundation so that we can resume dividend payments to shareholders.

We maintain a dividend policy based on appropriate distributions in line with earnings, positioning shareholder returns as our highest priority. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, though our articles of incorporation also permit interim dividends.
