We will strengthen our business revenue capabilities and improve our financial position to realize the early resumption of dividends.The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end. The decision-making authority for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting.Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with March 31 as the reference date, subject to board of directors' resolution.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable long-term dividends to shareholders while distributing profits appropriately. We are working to strengthen business profitability and improve our financial position to achieve an early resumption of dividends. While we normally pay dividends once a year at the fiscal year-end, our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends.
