<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain a payout ratio of 50.0% based on individual business performance, while continuing to pay dividends twice annually through interim and year-end distributions. We will allocate retained earnings to strategic investments in system development for our "BtoB Platform" and server infrastructure. Going forward, we remain committed to prioritizing shareholder returns through profit dividends.</p>
