The Company recognizes the return of profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We consider dividend implementation based on a balance between maintaining a stable business foundation and retaining earnings necessary for future business development.

In the current fiscal year, we recorded a net loss due to asset outflows from asset transfers and significantly reduced revenue following the divestiture of all operating subsidiaries. Accordingly, we have prioritized securing funds necessary for business continuity and restructuring, and have decided not to pay dividends on surplus earnings at this time.

Future profit returns will be considered comprehensively, taking into account progress in financial base recovery and revenue base establishment, as well as the status of distributable surplus, operating results, and cash flow conditions.

Going forward, we will comprehensively consider dividends in light of progress in recovering our financial base and establishing our earnings foundation, taking into account distributable amounts, operating results, cash flow conditions, and other relevant factors.
