Pork is raised at Kirishima Dream Farm Co., Ltd. and slaughtered at Miyakonojo Wellness Meat Co., Ltd. Hayashikane Foods Co., Ltd. manufactures some of the processed foods.
In the feed business, Hayashikane Sangyo sells aquaculture feed and livestock feed. Aquaculture feed is primarily manufactured in-house, while livestock feed is purchased from external suppliers or produced through outsourced manufacturing. Kirishima Dream Farm Co., Ltd. raises pigs using livestock feed.
In the aquatic products business, Hayashikane Sangyo purchases and sells aquatic products produced by customers of its aquaculture feed. Heian Kaisan Co., Ltd. processes aquatic products, and Sakurabayashi Eel Farm Co., Ltd. provides eel farming services.
As other operations, Hayashikane Sangyo leases real estate properties it owns in Osaka and other locations. Hayashikane Refrigeration Co., Ltd. provides storage services for raw materials and other goods. Through these operations, Hayashikane Sangyo operates a diversified business portfolio.
