Nippon Ham has established "Vision 2030," a long-term strategy based on its corporate philosophy of "the joy of eating," aiming to create new value in protein. To realize this vision, the company is advancing its "Medium-Term Management Plan 2026." This plan pursues structural reform, growth strategy, and cultural transformation in an integrated manner to evolve into a value-creation company.

The "Medium-Term Management Plan 2026" targets net sales of 1.38 trillion yen and operating profit of 61 billion yen. In cultural transformation, the company aims to promote the active participation of diverse talent and foster an organizational culture of challenge.

Nippon Ham places significant emphasis on sustainability strategy. The company has established four pillars: "providing the joy of eating," "creating new value," "preserving the global environment," and "strengthening a resilient business foundation," and is addressing social challenges. In particular, the company is focusing on stable protein supply and the realization of sustainable livestock farming.

The company is strengthening its business operations domestically and internationally. In the processed food business, it will improve product mix and develop new categories to enhance profitability.
