Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year. During investment periods for new service development and similar initiatives, we target year-end dividends equivalent to approximately 10% of net income for the period. After our new growth engines are established and stabilized, we aim for year-end dividends equivalent to approximately 30% of net income for the period, with retained earnings allocated to investment activities for future growth.</p>
