Business Overview

Amita Holdings operates multiple business segments with the goal of creating a sustainable society. Its primary business is the "Social Design Business," which provides services to support sustainable corporate management and regional operations. This segment offers strategies to companies and municipalities to promote circular business creation and resource circulation in local communities.

The "Transition Strategy Business" supports companies' shift to sustainable management through "Cyano Project," which assists in circular business creation, and "MEGURU STYLE," designed for municipalities. The company also conducts environmental certification audits to support sustainable corporate management.

The "Circular Materials Business" develops and supplies "Circular Materials"—alternative products to natural resources that contribute to CO2 reduction and ecosystem service recovery. This promotes sustainable sourcing and resource utilization.

The "Overseas Operations Business" supports sustainable corporate management and regional operations across Asia and Oceania. Specifically, the company operates industrial waste recycling and resource recovery businesses in Malaysia and Indonesia, developing circular markets in these regions.

The "Decarbonization Management Transition Support" business, through Codo Advisory Inc., assists client companies in transitioning to decarbonized management. It enhances compliance with global sustainability requirements and contributes to achieving environmental targets.

The "Circular Management Business," through Circular Links Inc., supports ESG management and circular economy initiatives. The company provides waste management systems and sustainable BPO services to improve the efficiency of environmental management operations.

Management Policy

Amita Holdings aims to realize a sustainable society and establish its "social design business" by 2030. As part of this vision, the company has adopted the "Ecosystem Society Concept 2030" and provides services to support sustainable corporate management and regional operations.

In its medium-term management plan, Amita positions fiscal years 2024-2025 as a foundation-building period. The company is advancing business reforms to create synergies across divisions, centered on "Cyano Project," the core service of its social design business. Additionally, it aims to achieve full automation of manufacturing processes at the Himeji Circular Resources Manufacturing Facility to enhance product value and advance service sophistication through unmanned operations.

From fiscal year 2028 onward, the company will commercialize "MEGURU STYLE" and expand it across regions, with the goal of launching the MEGURU PLATFORM. This platform is designed to create a virtuous cycle between production and consumption, supporting the company's strategy to realize an ecosystem society.

Amita Holdings has identified five key strategies: product strategy, production strategy, relationship strategy, marketing strategy, and organizational strategy. Through these initiatives, the company will strengthen support for transition strategies toward sustainable corporate and municipal management, as well as enhance its systems for collecting and analyzing resource information.

The company is also expanding its business domestically and internationally, with particular focus on monetizing resource recovery operations in Malaysia and Indonesia. This effort supports market development toward realizing a circular economy.
