<p style="margin-left: 24px; line-height: 16px; text-align: left">　Our Group has prioritized medium to long-term business growth and has actively invested in research and development activities for new drug development and M&A. As a result, we have not paid dividends to date. However, we recognize that returning profits to our shareholders is an important management priority.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; line-height: 16px; text-align: left">　Going forward, we will strengthen our earnings capacity and improve our management foundation. We will comprehensively consider the status of our retained earnings and changes in the business environment, and will examine the implementation of profit returns appropriate to our Group's stage of growth.</p>

<p>We recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. While strengthening our earnings capacity and reinforcing our operational foundation, we will consider implementing profit returns appropriate to our growth stage, taking into comprehensive account the status of our retained earnings and changes in the business environment.</p>
