<h4 class="smt_head3">(1) Basic Dividend Policy</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. Our basic policy is to pay stable dividends while maintaining sufficient retained earnings for future business development.</p><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
<h4 class="smt_head3">(2) Basic Policy on Dividend Frequency per Fiscal Year</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">When distributing surplus, the Company's policy is to pay dividends twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend.</p><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
<h4 class="smt_head3">(3) Decision-Making Authority for Dividends</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company Group determines matters concerning surplus distribution and other items specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act through Board of Directors resolutions, except where otherwise provided by law.</p><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
<h4 class="smt_head3">(4) Use of Retained Earnings</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company Group's policy is to allocate retained earnings to growth investments necessary for the Company Group, including talent recruitment and advertising expenses in the MogeCheck business and INVASE business, thereby enhancing corporate value.</p><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
<h4 class="smt_head3">(5) Interim Dividend</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide for interim dividends as permitted under Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.</p><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
<h4 class="smt_head3">(6) Approach to Current Period Dividend Determination</h4><p class="smt_text3" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">Although consolidated results returned to profitability in this fiscal year, we determined that it is necessary to focus management resources strategically for future business growth and further enhancement of corporate value. Accordingly, we have decided not to pay a dividend for this period.</p>

<p>Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves for future business development while providing stable dividends. Dividends will be paid twice per year. We will use retained earnings for growth investments such as talent acquisition and advertising expenses to enhance corporate value.</p>
