<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company's basic policy is to provide stable dividends to shareholders. Dividend payments will be determined by taking into account business performance and dividend payout ratio, among other factors. The Company also prioritizes building internal reserves as a fundamental policy to strengthen its financial position and prepare for unforeseen circumstances in a rapidly changing business environment.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">While the basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually—interim dividends and year-end dividends—given the severe business environment and unstable performance, the Company currently intends to pay dividends once annually as year-end dividends. Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors, while year-end dividends are decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">For the current fiscal year (85th fiscal year), based on the above policy, the Company plans to implement a year-end dividend of 30 yen per share (regular dividend of 30 yen), to be approved at the ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 25, 2025.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company will use retained earnings to strengthen its corporate structure from a long-term perspective while continuing to maintain stable dividends for shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with September 30 as the record date, subject to Board of Directors approval.</p>
