<p>Our basic dividend policy is progressive dividends with a consolidated payout ratio target of 33%, under which we maintain or increase dividends in principle and do not reduce them. We implement dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividend payments. We allocate retained earnings primarily to human capital investment and M&A activities, while maintaining a balance between growth and financial stability.</p>
