<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company considers it an important management priority to meet shareholder expectations by implementing stable and continuous dividends, while strengthening our corporate foundation and preparing for proactive business expansion. We take a comprehensive approach that considers business performance, dividend payout ratio, and other relevant factors.
Our basic policy is to distribute dividends from retained earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend.
The decision-making authority for dividend distribution is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that the board of directors may declare interim dividends with a record date of September 30 each year.
For the current fiscal year, after considering business results and financial condition, we have decided not to pay a dividend.
We intend to allocate retained earnings to future business development, new capital investments, research and development, and other initiatives to enhance corporate value and secure shareholder returns over the long term.

Our basic policy is to provide stable and continuous dividends by comprehensively considering business performance and dividend payout ratios. While we typically pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends. We allocate retained earnings to business expansion, capital investment, and research and development to enhance corporate value.
