Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to return profits to shareholders in line with business performance, targeting a consolidated payout ratio of approximately 50%. We implement dividends twice a year (interim and year-end) as a general rule, with amounts determined by board resolution. Retained earnings are allocated to sales promotion centered on our IP & Mobile Solutions Business and investment in core systems.</p>
