<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">The Company views returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we currently believe the Company is in a growth and expansion phase. We plan to strengthen our financial foundation and actively pursue business development by building up internal reserves and allocating funds toward strengthening our financial position and working capital for business expansion. We believe that realizing further business growth through these measures will ultimately deliver the greatest return to shareholders. Therefore, we will not pay dividends at this time. For the foreseeable future, we will focus on growth by actively opening new locations, securing and developing talented personnel, enhancing our corporate brand, and building internal reserves to prepare for anticipated changes in the business environment.</p>

Additionally, to enable flexible dividend payments, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board resolution with June 30 as the reference date each year, in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.</p>

<p>As the company is currently in a growth and expansion phase, we do not pay dividends at this time. Our basic policy is to use retained earnings to fund business expansion, including opening new locations and securing talent. Should we implement dividends, our articles of incorporation provide for year-end dividends as the standard practice, with interim dividends also permitted.</p>
