<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company aims to achieve sustained growth in shareholder value. As a fundamental principle, we maintain an appropriate level of shareholder capital necessary to capture business opportunities. Additionally, we believe it is important to maintain capital reserves at a level sufficient to manage risks associated with our business activities.
The Company views returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We aim to implement stable and continuous dividends while securing the internal reserves necessary to strengthen our management foundation and ensure stable business operations.
Regarding profit distribution, we will formulate our dividend policy based on the above principles, taking into account the progress of business expansion and the financial results of each period.
 
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by Board of Directors resolution to shareholders or registered pledgees of shares recorded in the final shareholder register as of September 30 each year. The decision-making authority for dividend distributions is the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Meeting of Shareholders for year-end dividends.
 
Regarding the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2025 for common shares, Class A shares, and Class B shares, we have decided not to pay a dividend in light of the above policy and current period performance.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while securing the internal reserves necessary to strengthen our management foundation and ensure stable business operations. We determine profit distribution by taking into account the progress of business expansion and the financial results of each period. We are positioned to implement dividends twice annually through interim and year-end dividends.
