Shinmeiwa Industrial operates five business segments: specialized vehicles, parking systems, industrial machinery and environmental systems, fluid systems, and aircraft. These businesses are closely connected to social infrastructure and contribute to people's daily lives.

The industrial machinery and environmental systems segment supplies automatic wire processing machines, film deposition equipment, and vacuum drying equipment, supporting productivity improvements across industries. Shinmeiwa Westech and Taiya Vacuum manage the operation of environmental facilities.
The fluid systems segment provides submersible pumps and high-pressure cleaning equipment needed for water infrastructure and flood prevention. Shinmeiwa Aqua Tech Service and Fulltech handle installation and maintenance of these products.
The aircraft segment leverages amphibious flying boat technology to manufacture components for commercial aircraft and develop unmanned aerial vehicles. Shinmeiwa Iwakuni Aircraft Maintenance and Wingfield handle aircraft repair and maintenance.
Other businesses include construction, real estate, and software development. Akira Meiwakogumi and Shinmeiwa Shoji operate these business areas.
Management Policy
Shinmeiwa Industrial celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2020 by establishing a new management philosophy and aiming for sustainable growth over the next century. The company has set a "Long-Term Vision" with 2030 as the target year, seeking to meet global social needs and contribute to the advancement of urban, transportation, and environmental infrastructure.
To realize this long-term vision, Shinmeiwa Industrial has formulated "SG-Vision 2030," a 10-year strategic plan divided into three phases, with medium-term management plans developed and executed for each phase. The company is currently implementing "SG-2026," the medium-term management plan for Phase 2
"SG-2026" prioritizes sustainable growth through accelerated overseas expansion, strategic M&A activities, and value creation driven by digital transformation initiatives.
