<p>Our basic policy is to continue providing stable dividends while maintaining a balance with retained earnings needed for future business development and strengthening our financial position. We plan to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, and will use retained earnings as a source of funding for strengthening our business foundation and investing in new business opportunities.</p>
