<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">Our basic policy is to consider dividends by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, operating results, dividend payout ratios, and other factors, while securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our management foundation. Although we recognize shareholder profit returns as an important management priority, we currently focus on building internal reserves and allocating funds to investments that strengthen our earnings capacity, which we believe represents the maximum profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding.

However, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined at this time. We plan to effectively utilize internal reserves as investment funds for business expansion, including new product development and market development.

Our basic policy is to distribute surplus twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The interim dividend is decided by the Board of Directors, and the year-end dividend is decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting. Pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by Board of Directors resolution with June 30 as the reference date each year.

Our basic policy is to consider dividends by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, operating results, dividend payout ratios, and other factors. However, at present, we are not paying dividends as we prioritize building internal reserves and allocating funds to investments that strengthen our earning capacity. We utilize retained earnings as investment capital for business expansion, including new product development and market development. Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice per year once conditions permit.
