<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Regarding dividend distributions, we believe that maintaining the Company's competitiveness and achieving further business expansion deliver the greatest returns to shareholders. Accordingly, our basic policy is to prioritize building internal reserves and promoting business investments for the time being.
The Company's basic policy is to distribute dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
In the current fiscal year, following our basic policy, we focused on business expansion and strengthening internal reserves, and therefore did not implement dividends. Going forward, we will consider returning profits to shareholders while taking into account the business performance of each fiscal year. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
We intend to invest internal reserves effectively in the development and technological innovation of our services and in the acquisition of talented personnel, in order to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that an interim dividend may be distributed with a reference date of June 30 each year by resolution of the board of directors.
