Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic shareholder return policy is to prioritize dividends. During the medium-term management plan period, we will not reduce dividends and will aim for a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 50% or higher, while providing stable dividends in line with profit growth. We will pay dividends twice annually (interim and year-end). Retained earnings will be allocated to working capital and capital expenditures to strengthen our business foundation and enhance corporate value.</p>
