<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
(1) Basic Dividend Policy
　The Company is currently in a growth phase. We believe that strengthening internal reserves and allocating funds to investments for business expansion and operational efficiency improvements will provide the greatest return of profits to shareholders.
　For this reason, we have not paid dividends since our founding, and we intend to continue prioritizing the strengthening of internal reserves for the foreseeable future.
　In the future, we will consider profit distributions to shareholders taking into account our financial position and operating results. However, the timing and possibility of implementing dividends in the future remain undetermined.
　When surplus dividends are paid, our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board of directors resolution.
　Internal reserves will be used as a financial source to strengthen our management organization and structure to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment.

At this stage of growth, our basic policy is to build up retained earnings and allocate them to business expansion and efficiency improvements. For the time being, we will prioritize retained earnings over dividends. In the future, we will consider profit distribution taking into account our financial condition, though the timing of implementation remains undecided. When we do implement dividends, we will make year-end dividend payments on an annual basis as our standard practice.
