Dividend Policy
<p>Our dividend policy is based on stable and continuous returns to shareholders. We aim to pay dividends twice annually, targeting a dividend payout ratio of 20% on an IFRS consolidated basis and 30% on a Japanese GAAP standalone basis. We will flexibly and proactively conduct share buybacks in consideration of internal reserves and investment opportunities to increase our total shareholder return ratio. We will utilize retained earnings as a source of funding for medium to long-term business operations.</p>
