Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to distribute appropriate profits based on business performance and flexibly repurchase our own shares. We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 40% or higher, a return on equity ratio of 2.5% or higher, and a total shareholder return ratio of 55% or higher. We plan to use retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation through reinforcing existing businesses, making strategic investments in growth areas, conducting research and development activities, and rationalizing production facilities.</p>
