<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. While securing internal reserves for future business development and strengthening our financial position, we will make dividend payments based on a comprehensive assessment of our financial condition, business performance, and other management factors.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once annually as year-end dividends, with the dividend decision made at the shareholders' meeting. We will implement dividends according to performance, using a dividend payout ratio of approximately 20% of net income attributable to parent company shareholders as our target.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">For the current fiscal year, based on the above policy, we plan to propose a dividend of 42 yen per share at the 20th Annual Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2025.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Regarding future dividend policy, since our content property business experiences significant year-to-year earnings fluctuations, we will adopt Dividend on Equity (DOE) as a new metric to achieve more stable and consistent dividends. We will implement dividends based on either a 20% dividend payout ratio or a 5% DOE threshold.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.</p>
