<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company believes it is important to strengthen its financial position and build up internal reserves for business expansion. While the Company has not paid dividends in the past, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority.
Going forward, our basic dividend policy is to enhance profitability and strengthen our business foundation, while considering the status of internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. We intend to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined.
When dividends are paid, the Company's basic policy is to distribute year-end dividends once annually, with dividend decisions made by the shareholders' meeting. The Company's articles of incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution.

While strengthening earnings capacity and reinforcing our business foundation, we aim to provide stable and continuous returns to shareholders, taking into account the status of retained earnings and the business environment. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with interim dividends also possible.
