<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:18pt;">The Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. However, as the Company is in a phase of business expansion, we believe that allocating funds toward investments for future business growth represents the maximum profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding. Going forward, we will consider implementing dividends taking into account the status of our business foundation, the adequacy of retained earnings, and the business environment surrounding the Company. However, at this time, the feasibility of dividend implementation and the timing thereof remain undetermined.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:18pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:0pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">When the Company pays dividends from surplus, the decision-making authority for year-end dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, the Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution with September 30 of each year as the record date.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:18pt;"> </p>

<p>Since our founding, we have not paid dividends.
