<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's policy is to determine dividends while considering the need to build up internal reserves for research and development investment. However, at present, the Company has negative retained earnings and no distributable profits. Since its founding, the Company has not paid any dividends from surplus.
Going forward, the Company plans to actively invest in pharmaceutical research and development, and therefore does not plan to pay dividends in the near term. The Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is also an important management priority. Once the business progresses and the Company consistently generates sufficient profits, it will consider implementing dividend payments.
When the Company does pay dividends from surplus, its basic policy is to pay a year-end dividend once per year. The decision-making authority for dividends rests with the shareholders' meeting.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution, with March 31 each year as the record date.

The company determines dividends while considering the need to build up retained earnings for research and development investment. For the time being, no dividend is planned. When the company consistently achieves sufficient profits in the future, it will consider paying dividends. If dividends are implemented, the basic policy will be to pay dividends once a year at the fiscal year-end.
