Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to pursue progressive dividends and maintain a consolidated payout ratio exceeding 35% over the medium to long term. Starting from the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will raise our target payout ratio to 50%. We will pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends—while allocating retained earnings to investments aimed at strengthening our competitive position.</p>
