<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company considers the secure generation of appropriate profits and their return to shareholders as one of its most important management policies. We have consistently maintained stable dividend payments as our basic approach while implementing dividend increases or stock splits in consideration of business performance trends and financial conditions.<br/>
For the current fiscal year, we are increasing the annual dividend by 5 yen 70 sen, setting the annual dividend per share at 43 yen 40 sen, with a planned consolidated payout ratio of 55.0%.<br/>
Regarding profit allocation, we use the consolidated payout ratio as an indicator for dividend policy linked to business performance, from the perspective of maintaining stable dividends and providing appropriate profit returns. From the fiscal year ending March 2026, we will raise the consolidated payout ratio to 60% or higher. Additionally, as our shareholder return policy for the next three fiscal years (from March 2026 to March 2028), we have set a total payout ratio target of 100% or higher.<br/>
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may declare interim dividends with September 30 as the record date each year. Therefore, our basic policy is to distribute surplus dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends.<br/>
The decision-making bodies for dividends are as follows: the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Meeting of Shareholders for year-end dividends.<br/>
Retained earnings will be used as a source for capital investment to strengthen and expand our business foundation and to strengthen our financial position.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; margin-bottom: 18px; text-align: left">The dates of Board of Directors or General Meeting of Shareholders resolutions regarding surplus dividends with the current fiscal year as the record date are as follows.</p>
