Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to continue stable dividend payments, with dividends paid twice annually (interim and year-end). Under our medium-term management plan, we have set a total shareholder return ratio target of 50% or more. When profit targets are achieved, surplus cash will be allocated to shareholder returns through strategic investments and share buybacks. Retained earnings will be used for capital expenditures and research and development in our core and growth businesses.</p>
