<p>As a basic policy, we pursue progressive dividends by maintaining or increasing dividends without reducing them in principle. We distribute surplus earnings once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend, with interim dividends also possible under our articles of incorporation. We plan to use retained earnings for investments in strengthening our workforce and improving our technological capabilities.</p>
