From fiscal year 2025 onwards, our basic policy is to maintain a dividend payout ratio of 35% of adjusted earnings per share. Dividends are paid twice annually—interim and year-end—with both distributions approved by the Board of Directors. Retained earnings are allocated as investment capital to enhance competitiveness and restore profitability.</p>
